Year three at the farm — here's what we planted. I had fun stepping off the rows with Vicky and seeing all that we grew this year.

SPRING AND SUMMER CROPS

Spring Lettuce — 60 ft total, double row, 30 row feet.

Spring Arugula — 60 ft total, double row, 30 row feet.

Spring Spinach — 60 ft total, double row, 30 row feet — bolted before we got to eat it.

Tomatillos — 30 feet total, single row, 10 plants, Followed Spring Lettuce

Tomatos — 220 feet. Single row, 128 plants

Peppers — 285 feet — double and triple rows, 63 Sweet, and 59 Hot

Basil — 400 feet — double row of 75 feet, triple row of 80 feet, okay — maybe a bit excessive — let's talk to whoever did that.

Eggplants — 15 plants

Peas — 160 feet

Soybeans — 40 feet

Beans — 80 feet

Spring Beets — 160 feet total, 80 row feet

Spring Carrots — 320 feet total, 80 row feet

Swiss Chard — 135 feet — single row next to Black Kale
